2. The personal data we collect about you

2.1. We collect the following personal data in accordance with applicable local laws and, where necessary, obtain your consent.

2.2. Personal data means any information relating to a natural person, whether or not such information is recorded in a tangible form or whether or not it is true, provided that the natural person can be identified from such data (directly or indirectly) or from such data together with other data to which we have or may have access.

2.3. Depending on how you use our platform and/or the way you interact with our services (e.g., by registering for our services and/or logging into our platform), we may request that you provide certain information. You may choose not to provide us with certain information; however, doing so may prevent you from using many of the services we offer. You may choose to provide us with the following personal data:

(a) Identity and personal data, which may include your name, date of birth, gender, username and password, email address, telephone number, your interests and hobbies, as well as any personal data contained in any photos, videos, or audio recordings you upload to our platform. If you are a seller, we may also collect your company name, address, date of incorporation, and other business-related information (such as company registration number, business license, tax information, and shareholder or director information).

(b) Account and transaction data, which may include your credit card details, bank account details, bank statements, delivery/billing addresses, payments and orders made between you and the Platform, as well as other detailed information regarding the products and services you provide or purchase through the Platform.

(c) Usage data – for example, information on how and when you use the Platform, its products and services, or how you view any content on the Platform; as well as website and other similar usage statistics accessed prior to accessing the Platform.

(d) Marketing and communications data, which may include your interests, survey responses, preferences regarding receiving our marketing materials and your communication preferences, your preferences regarding specific products or services, as well as your feedback, chat, email or call records on the Platform or with third-party service providers.

(e) Location data, for example when viewing nearby promotions or the delivery/ pickup status of an order.

2.4. When you use your device to access our platform or interact with our services, we automatically collect and process certain types of information for the purposes described in this document.

2.5. During your use of the Platform and the services we provide, we may receive your personal data under the following circumstances:

(a) When you browse our website (mobile and desktop versions);

(b) When you create an account with us (as a buyer, seller, or any other identity);

(c) As a Seller, when you list products and/or services for sale on the Platform and/or on the platforms of any affiliated company of ours, and when you enter into a transaction with a Buyer regarding the sale or purchase of such products and/or services;

(d) When you apply for, subscribe to, or in any other manner use any service on our Platform and/or the Platform of our Affiliated Companies;

(e) When you transact in products offered on the Platform;

(f) When you activate or use any payment-related feature available on the Platform or provided by our third-party service providers;

(g) When you use any feature, functionality, Mini Program, or mobile game provided on the Platform or Services;

(h) When you record any content uploaded by a user on the platform;

(i) When you use the chat feature on the platform;

(j) When you subscribe to our publications or marketing materials;

(k) When you participate in a competition, promotional event, or survey;

(l) When you participate in any activity or promotional campaign on the Platform;

(m) When you log in to your account on the Platform or engage with us through external services or applications (e.g., Facebook or Google);

(n) When any other user on the Platform posts a comment on the content you have uploaded to the Platform, or when you post a comment on the content uploaded by another user on the Platform;

(o) when a third party files a complaint regarding you or the content you have published on the Platform; and

(p) When you interact with us offline, including when you interact with our outsourced customer service agents.

We may collect personal data from you, third parties (including, but not limited to, agents, suppliers, contractors, partners, and any other person who provides us with services, collects your personal data, and/or performs functions on our behalf, or persons who cooperate with us – including, but not limited to, payment service providers, government data sources, financial service providers, credit agencies, delivery, marketing and other service partners), or our affiliates; alternatively, such data may be collected automatically when you use the Platform or our Services. 2.7. By using the Platform or receiving our services, you hereby agree to transfer your personal data from third parties and/or our affiliates to GoodsMarket for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or any other terms and conditions.

2.8. You agree to submit only accurate and non-misleading personal data, and you warrant that such data will be updated promptly; should there be any changes, please notify us immediately. We reserve the right to request relevant documentation from you and to conduct any necessary verification of the personal data you provide in accordance with user verification procedures or legal requirements.

If you register as a user on our platform using your social media account, link your GoodsMarket account to your social media account, or use any other GoodsMarket social media features, we may access the personal data you have voluntarily provided to your social media provider in accordance with the provider’s policies, and we will manage your personal data in compliance with this Privacy Policy.

2.12. We or our authorized service providers may use cookies, web beacons, or other similar technologies to enable you to use the Platform Services or access the Platform.

2.13. When you access the Platform via a computer, mobile device, or any other device with an Internet connection, our company’s servers will automatically record the data sent by your browser when you visit the website – including, for example, the technical and usage data outlined in Section 2.2 above.

2.14. We collect this data for analysis and evaluation purposes to help us improve our website, services, and products, as well as to personalize content more quickly based on your preferences. Additionally, we collect this data to enable you to use our services and platforms more conveniently and effectively, and to serve you more targeted advertisements related to our market offerings, services, and features.

They enable us to identify specific devices or browsers. Web beacons are small images that may be embedded within our services and platforms. 3.2. Depending on your relationship with us (for example, whether you are a buyer, a seller, a visitor to our website, or a user of our mobile application), the personal data we collect from you or from third parties may be used for the following specific purposes:

(b) Manage the online account you may have opened with us.

3.3. If you are a buyer and/or have registered with us, the personal data we collect from you or through third parties may be used for the following purposes:

(a) Process your product orders (whether sold by us or by a third-party seller);

• Process orders submitted through the platform (when the product is sold by us)

• To facilitate third-party sellers in processing orders you submit through our platform (when products are sold by a third-party seller), we need to share your personal data with the third-party seller or any other person authorized by the third-party seller who purchased the products through this platform, so that the third-party seller can fulfill its obligations to you. The third-party seller will be the controller of your personal data. Please refer to the third-party seller’s privacy policy to understand how they will handle your personal data.

• To deliver the products you have ordered through our platform, we may transfer your personal data to third parties (e.g., our logistics partners) or relevant government authorities (e.g., customs authorities) in order to deliver the products to you.

· Allows other users to identify you as a service user via “Find My Friends” or any other similar feature; enables you to search for and contact other users on the platform; and supports social features of the service (where applicable);

· Assess your loan application and/or conduct a credit risk assessment for the financial services and products you have applied for (e.g., credit or loans, insurance, or credit cards, where applicable); and

· Facilitate the integration of third-party loyalty membership programs (including those supported by sellers or brands) into our platform.

(c) Marketing and Advertising

· Provide you with information that we believe you may find useful, or information that you have requested from us;

· We may from time to time send you marketing or promotional information regarding the products and services offered by us or by third-party sellers on our platform;

· Assist us in conducting marketing and advertising campaigns; and

· To promote our services and utilize the information you provide to us – such as user-generated content (including video content) that you choose to upload or play on our platform (this content is accessible online and may be shared by the public – which is beyond our control) – such content will be used as part of our advertising and marketing activities on our promotion platform.

(d) Other

· To better understand our buyers; and

· To achieve any of the above purposes, we will implement automated decision-making processes and comply with all obligations under applicable law, including notifying you and obtaining your consent.

3.4. If you are a seller, the personal data we collect from you or through third parties may be used for the following additional purposes:

(a)render services

· To ship or deliver the products that you have listed or sold through our platform. We may transfer your personal information to third parties (e.g., our logistics partners or affiliated companies) or relevant regulatory authorities (e.g., Customs) in order to facilitate the shipment or delivery of the products you have listed or sold;

· To verify the documents you have submitted to us, enabling you to smoothly become a seller on our platform – including testing technologies that can facilitate a faster and more efficient onboarding process;

· To verify and process financial transactions related to payments you have made, promotional activities in which you have participated, and/or services you have used (including any credit card payments, bank transfers, in-person payments, remittances, or e-wallet transactions); to verify and process such payment transactions, payment information (which may include personal data) will be transmitted to third parties, such as our payment service providers;

· Assess your loan application and/or conduct a credit risk assessment for your seller financing or product (including credit or loans, insurance, or credit cards, where applicable);

· Provide you with auxiliary logistics services to mitigate the risk of delivery failures or customer returns; and

· To make it easier for you to return your product to us (potentially through our logistics partners).

(b) Marketing and Advertising

· Sending you marketing or promotional materials regarding the products and services offered by us or by third-party sellers on our platform, or services that our affiliates may from time to time provide; and

· Help us with our marketing and advertising efforts.

(c) Other

· To better understand our sellers; and

· To achieve any of the above purposes, we will implement automated decision-making processes and comply with all obligations under applicable law, including notifying you and obtaining your consent.

To whom do we disclose personal data?

For the aforementioned purposes, we may share (or permit the sharing of) your personal data with third parties and/or our affiliates, and/or transfer your personal data to third parties and/or our affiliates. (e) any court, tribunal, law enforcement agency, government, regulatory authority, or other party required by law to have jurisdiction over GoodsMarket;

(f) Any third party with which we enter into any merger, acquisition, financing transaction, business cooperation or joint venture:

4.2. Please note that if you withdraw your consent to our use, disclosure, storage, or processing of your personal data for the purposes and in the manner described above, or if you exercise any other rights you may have under applicable local law, we may be unable to continue providing you with our services or to fulfill any contract we have entered into with you; in such event, we shall not be liable for any such failure.
